Pete mentions how there could still be DLC. For all we know they just finished it and it has been sent for certification.

Bethesda shouldn't have let us speculate for so long if they were done with DLCs and they knew it. A couple of days before this I began to get a bad feeling 1.9 was a final cleanup before a GotY version. I wish I had been wrong.

I had a similar feeling as well, but the legendary feature had me thinking more dlc.

I think it could have been an outside world like Solstheim was.

I hope we PS3 users aren't to blame. :confused:

Us PS3 gamers aren't to blame, the PS3 isn't totally to blame either. Bethesda could have taken an extra year to fine tune the PS3 version but didn't.
