So in essence no more dlc. It's confirmed no more skyrim dlc so bethesda lied again. Not to rant but didnt they say there would more dlc released in 2013 of which there was technically none. Also did they say there would be larger expansion pack sized DLCs so really we had two of those not a few as described previously. We're more planned and just scrapped or were they just overly ambitious and ran out of Ideas either way skyrim dlc you will be missed.

I wouldn't expect an official response, but I'm guessing that they intended to release more dlc, but the "powers that be" told them to move onto the next project, as releasing a full game would mean more money than releasing more dlc.

Given Bethesda's troubles getting the dlc to work on the PS3, I wouldn't be surprised if having to support that platform had anything to do with it, if to avoid more headaches.

Apparently there should be more "No more dlc" threads as well. The forums search function will bring up multiple results that are exactly the same as this one.
