more drugs in game

They could add more. They should give a status boost, with the chance of addiction, which requires you do see an apothecary to cure, and has some nasty status effects. Also after taking drugs there should be a low point where you get a not so nasty status effect.

So for say 8 hours you get a status bonus. Then after for 8 hours you have a staus penalty but not huge but still considerable. Plus if you get addicted for 2 weeks you get a nasty status penalty, after those two weeks your body has cured itself. Or you can pay an apothecary to cure your addiction.

The amounts of time are made up adn could be changed. Thats just my idea.

I don't know if this was in oblivion but maybe skooma can effect you over time such as the more you do it the more skooma your character demands and the longer period of time he doesn't have it his stats get decreased appropriately.

About addiction, it needs to last. 2 weeks is not enough, I'm addicted to nicotine and if I was to cut off for two weeks, I would stil be addicted near the end, recovery like that should take longer and be hard, especially if you go cold turkey. An apothecary could speed up the process or cure you instantly like the doctors n Fallout, but trying to lose the habit on your own should be very difficult.

I remember going two weeks without snus in France, because the nicotine level is six times higher than a cigarette they won't allow sale of it there. I was basically drunk the entire time to cope, I bought a few bottles of wine, and I had a buzz going for two weeks straight. The vacation was lovely, but I was still miserable because I wasn't getting my fix, and i refuse to smoke.

Well if it lasted months to years, people would get sick of it especially if the apothecary's fee is outrageous. And i was trying to say that would be a decent sum.

Also just adding if you take more a drug it would subside the negative effects of teh addiction.
