there won't be anymore than one. its three weeks until early access, and since theres no beta this week, that leaves two. my guess is there will be one next week, but theres no way they'll do a beta 1 week before they open the servers.

Glad there isn't a beta this weekend. I'm checking out the Wildstar beta, to see if it's any real threat... and to see if it's to my taste.

Wouldn't mind one more beta, but hope they'll hold off for just a bit; really do need to finish this novel I've been reading.

It's unlikely they would have more than one more beta event - the 700MB launcher patch everyone received, was bumping our clients up to the latest patch version.

So next beta will be the last, and will be solely to iron out some minor, late game issues if anything at all, and get feedback about what they could potentially change post-launch as well as balancing.

It's most likely going to be a 'marketing beta' - and so they'll send out a lot more keys for it, get a lot of press and information out there about it to hype it up before launch, the final version before shipping.

to have seen it first hand, it doesnt really appeal to me, even as a fan of wow for many years.

First for me its WAY too cartoony, hard to get involved when i feel like characters will take a hammer out and smack their own head for fun (roger rabbit style).

Second most of the quests i saw from my friend was fetch quests and kill quests and they were sOoooOO boring, i left before he was done playing as i was bore to death.

Perhaps later it become interesting but for the start of the game and just a bit after the tutorial i wanted to rip my eyes out.

Hmm. The devs that are behind Wildstar, were the brains behind vanilla WoW and The Burning Crusade expansion, so I'm not too surprised that it has those style of quests and graphics. It's quite literally a WoW clone

Not a threat, though it works well as a treatment for insomnia.

Agree way too cartoony! Felt like bug bunny could appear and a big metal safe could fall on me.

I played the Wildstar Beta a few weeks ago. It was ok, but the whole time I was thinking "I wish this were the ESO beta".
