No more flowers?

I'm not sure if someone already posted this but I've noticed that the gardens in the dark brotherhood and in the archmages quarters never seem to grow back. I'm playing on the 360 and am wondering if anyone else is facing this conundrum. Any help would be nice.

Game cells in TES5 reset after 720hrs. That's 30 days.
You must leave and not enter the area for 30 days. Make it 31 to be safe.
This also goes for the garden outside Riften's Honeyside. You must not enter Riften for 31 days.

Yes, TES4 was 72hrs. Why this game is 720 is anyone's guess.
A bit excessive, imo.

I almost wonder if it wasn't "clerical error." 30 days instead of 3 days. An unintentional zero...

Absolutely.
I cannot fathom them thinking this was a good idea. Perhaps a future patch will fix this, ahem, typo.

Wait, you can't even enter an area that has stuff like this for 30 freaking days? That is highly inconvenient.

Let's keep this information afloat so that Bethesda realize it.
