Problems SOLVED?
I called customer support & spoke to:Katya C. at Bethesda Softworks Technical Support,
After a moment to review my system (shown above) she said unfortunatly, I did NOT meet the minimum requirements as I needed.1 GHZ more CPU and my graphics cars was not even listed under supported cards. BUT....she recommended I do the following:
-Go to Start menu
-Tyoe MSCONFIG
-Choose the 3rd choice: SELECTIVE STARTUP. (LOAD SYSTEM SERVICES)
-MAKE SURE YOU FIND A WAY TO CHOOSE apply
-Reboot!
I did and have now not only played, but where I crashed (froze) every couple SECONDS foir 3 miserable days, I now just played for 5 hours trouble free. I got out of the vault, found megaton, went back out & am killing all sorts of crap. Tomorrow I will see if this is a fluke or maybe I now actuially have a playable game? Either way, I am gratefiul. A phone call sure beats email!
