I thought RB was the button for dragon shouts.

Exactly, what we get instead of a button for magic is a button for dragon shouts. I think that was confirmed, wasn't it?

I heard they took out jumping. That frees up a button!

Why would you even suggest BGS would take out the grabbing feature? It's by far one of the most interactive and immersive tools that really makes BGS unique in my opinion. If anything, I would expect to see some improvements done to it just like from Oblivion to Fallout 3.

I highly doubt you wont be able to interact with objects... It would render most objects meaningless--and once they get knocked down, then how would you set them back up again? I spent a lot of time in Oblivion setting up all the cool loot around my house like a museum.

I would prefer a grabbing mechanic more like Amnesia: The Dark Descent. You press a button (not hold) to pick up object. Then you can rotate by holding down one button and using arrows (thumbstick on console). Then press "fire" (trigger on console) to throw object...immensely gratifying.

I think that the bumpers should be for alternate uses of weapons/spells ( block or secondary spell effect)

oh yeah thats right dragon shots are gonna replace the spell cast button, RB will be for dragon shout, LB is camera (if they stick with the fallout control scheme) L3 is sneak/sprint R3 is sneak/sprint, A is interact, X is draw and sheathe, B is open menu, Y is jump, LT and RT are whatever you assign them, start is pause, back is wait, unless they merge open menu with the start button or wait with the pause button it seems i'm short, unless its something such as Hold A+X/B/Y/RB/L3/R3?LT/RT, d pad is hot keyed items,

I hate this why need to destroy feature just because console controller doesn't have button for it?
Why features must be scraqed if limited consoles cant handle them?
Thats was in last Alien versus Predator game where no room for crouch was and Alien control was scraqed.
Why not use context switching or button combination for them we have two hands now and cant use them for lift something?
There is no confirmation thats Skyrim doesn't have garbing interaction now.

@ Ellert
That condition is a bit iffy. You're assigning a constant to another constant.

Likely controls for PS3, based on what we know:

anolog sticks - Movement and Looking
R3 and L3 - Crouch and Toggle 3rd person
X - Interact (Open, talk, activate, take)
Square - Ready Weapons
Circle - Journal
Triangle - Jump
Triggers - Attacks
LB - Block/Shield Bash
RB - Move Objects in game
Start - Pause
Select - Wait

That will most likely be it, or something similar (different buttons switched like RB doing block instead and LB doing move stuff) Dragonshouts will be treated like a Greater Power I'm almost 100% sure, meaning they will be attached to the attack buttons like spells are. There is no need for an independent button for them. And even if they did do that, why not just make holding the X button allow you to move the objects? Press to pick up, hold to move. Easy as pie.

Luckily the world doesn't revolve around consoles!

The gaming industry absolutely does right now...The console market is by far the largest right now, that's where the money is.

You'd be surprised at the number of theoretical buttons on the controller. LB+LT, RB+RT, RT+A, RT+B, RT+X, RT+Y, and so on. Essentially there are is 50+ combinations, many of which would work quite well. So to say it's impossible is being quite ignorant.
