No more new Elder Scrolls?

TES is one of the most successful single player RPG franchises in gaming history. Skyrim was an overwhelming success. I know I'm still playing it, and I have gaming ADHD. They still have Summerset Isles, Elswyr, Valenwood, Hammerfell and Black Marsh to set as main regions to explore. No way they are finished...but they have to split their development time with Fallout as well.

I don't understand why people keep asking this question. The instant ESO was announced we were flooded with threads asking if this was the end of single-player Elder Scrolls games (or even if this was the end of the Elder Scrolls entirely). I don't know. I honestly don't get it. As others have said, why would they stop making single-player games?

I loved this argument, so civil.

Single player games era is comming to an end... But yes, the next 5 or 6 years there will still be several being released, after that, the Online Matrix Domination Alienation Escravization will prevail... and we will be doomed forever.
