more people in the wilderness

I would really like to see people nearby the city, but not in the wilderness, besides hunters, rangers, or even travellers and adventurers who would possibly not tell me their business. And most of all, I would like to see those people walking along the roads get ambushed by bandits, and you could help them or kill the bandits and take the loot yourself. Or you could even have an option when talking to people outside a city, or maybe even everywhere saying that you are mugging them, and if they don't give you their money you will kill them, and they could respond in numerous ways, running, surrendering, fighting back, or calling for help. This would make a person living the life of a bandit really fun, and having to hide in caves from wandering guards would be cool too.

would have liked to see more adventureror types just roaming around, and they'd be either hostile or friendly depending upon your speech skill, oh wait... thats right, there isn't a speech skill any more.

Good ideas here, what i would want is:
-More people and caravans on the roads
-More passive animal in the wilderness

It would be nice to occasionally run into hunters, woodsmen, and other non-hostile NPC's in the woods. However, the woods should, by and large, be wild and uninhabited.

What would be very nice, though; is a more natural ratio of predators to prey. Solstheim, for example, was a bit absurd. There were no prey creatures to speak of, and predators behind every tree.

Seriously, what would be so bad about going for a walk in the woods and seeing nothing but rabbits and deer?
