It would be nice to know just how many were availible. 10,000? 100,000? 1,000,000? Somewhere in that range?
Darn, I wanted it one. The Ebay people are just getting them to make a quick buck.
Supply and Demand at it's finest.
Luckily I bit the bullet and grabbed one at best buy. They say the do free game day shipping also so that's nice! (other than the fact that the nearest one is 80 miles away)
I got mine the day after e3. Wish i got more of em the ebay people are smart.
I had a chance to buy one from the official site when they were in stock but they don't ship outside the continental US apparenlty
I got mine from Game Stop when they did their second rounds. My problem is that I'm going to have to wait 2 days before I get it.
I bought my Pipboy edition on the Bethesda Store website. It already charged me the 120.00+shipping so it better not have run out...
i'd probably care if i didn't have a windows phone
i have no doubt in my mind someone is going to make a knockoff of the pip boy and sell it for half price.
It never surprices me how many idiots pay money for stupid crap. Preordering stupid crap is some next level [censored].
I was gonna get one, but it doesn't bother me too much, it's not really the most necessary thing. Bethesda must be pretty happy about it.
Your definition of stupid crap and mine seem to be somewhat different. As a Fallout fan I've always wanted my own Pip-Boy, especially one I can actually wear. It'll also look really nice on a shelf next to my NV CE.
You mean like $300 $1,000+ on a watch that tells time like every other watch? Paying money for the "experience" of driving a car for a day you'll never actually be able to afford?
Those are my definitions of paying money for stupid crap, but I can still understand why people enjoy spending money on having those things in their lives.
I'm sure you're 100% fiscally responsible and never indulge in anything someone else might think is stupid.
Collectors Edition items are no different than a collector's model cars/trains/planes, so get off that horse.
I secured 1 from best buy, just wish I had had more money so I could buy spares to sell on ebay.
One persons "crap" is another's "treasure".
Is that what something costs with a surcharge? If so i'd have to say thanks for telling me ahead of time because i'm not fond of surprices.
Sounds like it, but I'm just an idiot who wanted a collector's item, what do I know?
