First off, 'poor' pirates were able to hack for free with a simple .xml file edit in notepad. So your argument that pirates are too poor to hack is ridiculous.

Second, there are ALOT less hackers. I mean like 90-95% less hackers now because alot of the pirates WERE the hackers. They hacked because they couldnt get banned...and even if they did they could just make a new fake serial and account and hack again.

There are a lot of peole playing still. All the servers I join are always full. There is no issue finding servers to join EVER.

Seriously, stupid people who keep talking crap are only the pirates who cant play online MP anymore.

They are poor but still have nice rig to run crysis 2? Pirates wouldn't buy game even if it was only 1 euro. They are scumbags and they will always be that.

Who cares? There gone. Now you have the cheaters to deal with. I personally would have picked the pirates over the major cheaters anyday. And Crytek looks like they could care less about them.

to all legit players: if you get an "invalid serial error" double and tripple check your serial code and re-enter it. i got the same message, i think because i misstyped it the first time and saved the wrong serial. i did not recognize it before the key check was working.

I don't have any problem playing...Sometimes i get disconnected because i have a crapy connection, but that's all.
It was unfair that pirates could play without paying, it was not cool and it's fixed. So stop saying there are nobody on servers. It's not because some people have a life and work that Crysis 2 MP is dead. It's easy...when you log on steam, you know how many people are connected...and if you are connected when the slope is at a minimum...you are a nolife^^.

SO THAT'S WHY I don't instantly join any Team Instant Action or Crash Site anymore by clicking on "quick game".
Wow, there for sure were many pirates. Stupid children. I have no problems with my legit key.
Also, I found 1 aimbot hacker, but that's it. Only 1 Hacker. When I remember the last days, it felt that there were more hackers than legit players.
The players are also more skilled now, it became harder to be on top when you don't count the hackers.
