tried to get it to work, cleared cache, reloaded, but the option to turn in chips is gone when chips run out. then reconnected to xbox live,started, but the patch isnt reinstalling, just goes back to last save game. no more easy millionaire?

Is it really that bad? Just play casino games like normal and you'll be rolling around in caps in no time. New Vegas isn't exactly sparse on filling your wallet with money. :shrug:

It's probably rooted deeper than the Cache. It's likely attatched to your saved game.
