If you have Better Cities installed that painting is featured prominently in the Bank of Cyrodiil, Market District.

Nice shot of Lothran! I keep forgetting to download ferryboats!
The Emperor looks fantastic ;) was Better Cities hard to install? Mod new player here, haha.

Is it just me, or did our last screen-shot thread fill up awfully fast?

Hmm... I don't use Better Cities, but I believe the stand-alone Bank mod I run is a variant of that included with BC. Or not. I sure don't recall that painting. I'll have to pay closer attention next time my avatar banks there.

As is my practice, I include yet another Blast from the Past. This one was at least taken during my current play-through, and not too terribly long ago to boot. It shows http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn303/Decrepit_Waste/ESIV%20Oblivion/HorseTravelSkin1.jpg. (Vilja brings up the rear just out of frame.) I've always found that stretch of Gold particularly appealing, admittedly helped by Unique Landscapes: Skingrad Outskirts, a freestanding grass re-texture pack, and road textures from AmpolX Oblivion Makeover.

I almost didn't keep this one, discovering only after-the-fact that I had neglected to remove the HUD.

I'm not gonna lie, that wasn't difficult to install but figuring which compatibility patches you need for what can be a chore. I just used Wrye Bash's BAIN Installer to install all the things needed.

Decrepit: I never realized that your avatar had a packhorse! A mod, I'm guessing?
MrDarkSim: Ahh, Ok. I'll probably stay away until I properly understand the whole business then! Thanks :)

Aye, Groucho is provided by http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=36966 by Emma and CDCooley of Vilja fame. Quite a nifty little mod. You can own up to four donkeys (for sell at the Chorrol stables). They have a wealth of commands and are configurable (such as adjustable carry limit for realism and immersion). This mod quickly became a cornerstone of my installation. I mean, it makes perfect sense an adventurer to travel with ready transport for loot and bulky personal equipment (such as a portable campsite). There is also a pack guar mod available, but those seem out of place in Cyrodiil to me, except as traveling companions for an occasional wandering Morrowind merchant.

Keeping with the donkey theme, here's http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn303/Decrepit_Waste/ESIV%20Oblivion/BrumaPatrol_2011-10-27.jpg.

Mirocu – Love your ferryboat docks!

MrDarkSim – Lol, what a great picture of Uriel!

Decrepit – Although I don’t have it, I’ve always admired that pack donkey mod. I’m afraid my elf would simply view it as another wardrobe to fill however.

A new thread already!

For Lady-Mara, here’s a little more Mooch. Baa counted up her companions a while ago and found she had at least 39. And yes, Mooch is her favorite also.

Mooch is my moded clone of CM Piper. http://i1250.photobucket.com/albums/hh539/tmodel/Mooch2012-04-16-02.jpg. Piper on the left. Both are height .90.

Thanks Decrepit! And good old Vilja ... I have her installed, and played around with her a bit on my first, 'test' character, but have never picked her up on any of my 'real' characters. I'll have to look into a donkey though!

And just how do you look into a donkey? X-ray, MRI, head end, back end? Just kidding.

I loaded up Vilja a while back for the third or forth time. Got her disposition up to 100 and she went all mushy. Had 2 or 3 hundred strawberries saved up for her, plus all the other stuff she likes. She’s OK, but I tend to want to leave her at Red Rose Manor while Baa and Mooch go adventuring. Lately, I've been telling her I’ll be gone at least a week. I guess she’ll dump me when I eventually go back.

Just good old' fashioned 'cut-em-up and eat 'em!'
Poor Vilja! I like that she's realistic - she has opinions, and very strong ones at that ;) and she likes her strawberries. A lot.

Oh. You guys down there like equine meat, do you? It’s still available here in a few states, I think. Maybe you should come visit us on a gourmet tour. Being from the South (of the USA), I tend to like venison, ground hog, raccoon, and an occasional rattlesnake or alligator.

And back OT, I need to post a screenie.

Oh! Oh! http://i1250.photobucket.com/albums/hh539/tmodel/Baa2012-04-07-01.jpg See you later.

Decrepit - The other one was filled up quickly, I agree. It′s easy when you have an ongoing conversation about something
By the way, what is that golden bar on the pic with the HUD? Something about his duties as tax-collector?

Acadian - It might be a good thing for Buffy to have a pack donkey. Think about all the nice pics with her in all the clothes she finds! :twirl:

tmar - Oh, that blond hair was a wig? Well, I think it suits her

Let me post a couple oldies I have posted before. I don′t have too many new ones in my album I′m afraid.

Tmar: we Aussies have access to such delicacies as Kangaroo and Crocodile. Which we don't eat very often - the only place I've ever seen it on the menu was at an 'outback night' at a restaurant!
Actually, can you eat equine meat? Sounds a bit odd to me ... Lions do, I s'pose.

Mirocu: Eleanor has a set of Golden Saint Armor in her palace! Perhaps I'll have to take a screenshot ...

Tmar - I join others in loving Mooch! The blond wig absolutely suits her and we all know that blondes have more fun! Even if the carpet doesn't match the draqes.

Mirocu - Pitter patter goes Buffy's heart - there are few things more beautiful than the sight of snowflakes in Lothran's hair.

I'll have to look into a donkey though!

Another potential benefit: pickup lines.

"Greetings Champion!"
"Hail good citizen. Say, I'll be in Weye this evening. Wouldst care to swing by the Manor and rub down the Champion's a$$?"

I ask you, who could resist?

That said, here's a third image with Groucho in the mix. This one shows http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn303/Decrepit_Waste/ESIV%20Oblivion/ElsweyrCorinthe1.jpg. My avatar has spent surprisingly little time in Elsweyr this play-through. A few brief stays is about the extent of it. During this particular trip the intent was to make inroads with the Elsweyr Merchants Guild. But my avatar soon felt guilt over neglecting his road-patrol duties and scurried back to Cyrodiil.

Mooch! :celebration: That wig is so perfect. In fact I didn't even know it was a wig until now. I wish my hair were like that, sadly it often looks rather flat.

I spy Rayn's secret admirer in the back there! Well, it could be his twin brother too, I guess.

Another potential benefit: pickup lines.

I always wanted to try Elsweyr being a khajiit fan. Was always afraid I would botch the installation. Have you played through the quests yet? Is it hard to get up and running?
