Are there more settlement structure to be unlocked later in the game like the stuff from picked fences? I feel like I should be able to build better housing the more I invest in it. Allmost all current structure have holes in them and don't look sturdy at all. Metal even lacks proper foundations. I need some proper buildings in my bases.

While I am at it I also want to know if there is an option lock beds so only I can use them? It is pretty annoying to find people sleeping in my private quaters.
