Agreed. I'd pay full price, $60, for a new piece of content.

Yes it's a real shame there will be no more. I'm convinced the reason behind the decision to pull the plug on future DLC was the incredible problems the devs had in making the additional content work on the PS3. I assume it took a lot of time and of course resources to enable the PS3 players access to the DLC's which probably swayed their decision on making any more. In their defence they did fulfil their promise to the PS3 players and hopefully there wont be similar problems on the next gen consoles.

Yes I to would pay $60 for a new piece of content for Skyrim because it is such a massive and awesome game that I want more of it. But sadly that will never happen we just hit its 2 year anniversary a couple of days ago so I pretty much think that the game is done with in terms of new content releases and Bethesda has moved on to something else. Unless Bethesda does what they did for Left 4 Dead 2 and they take a popular mod made by the community and put it up for purchase as a DLC on all consoles and PC 40 years after the game releases and nobody even has it anymore.

It seems traditional though.

Morrowind had two major DLCs.

Oblivion had two major DLCs.

SKYRIM had two major DLCs.

I'm not complaining though, got my PC and its mods.

I would. I tried playing Oblivion after i played Skyrim on the PS3 and it just didn't worked out. I can't get used to the mouse and arrows and if I have to play with a controller i rather play on PS3.

I agree though with the OP. I totally loved every bit of the Dragonborn DLC. Dawnguard had a lot of downsides from my point of view. Hearthfire was kind of pointless, since there are so many houses you already can buy in the basic Skyrim game, so that was a waste of money. I would love to see another DLC, but Beth is probably working hard on Fallout 4 at the moment and a fourth DLC will probably never come.

I too prefer the feel of a controller in myhands and play Skryim on my PC connected to my HDTV using an Xbox 360 controller. Love it.

You could try Falskaar Sir. An unofficial DLC developed solely by Alexander J. Velicky. Then 19 years old.

I think it's just for PC as it is a mod, but you may like to check.

Gophervids liked it - made a http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMDvX5xfKVA video on Youtube.

I'm still draining the marrow out of Dragonborn.

Just a quick update on my status Sir.

Adoption was nice. And all the new food ;)

I've played this game for nearly two years and still have several sidequests, dungeons and three entire questlines I haven't completed (just started Dawnguard though - then I only have Dragonborn and Dark Brotherhood left), so new content (like when a mod like Falskaar pops up) almost makes me feel stressed, like, "when am I ever going to find time to do THIS?". Maybe I'm a slow player... The upside is that I'll probably have things to do until TES VI. If not, I could always go back to Morrowind, or give Oblivion a try! :)
