Home come I haven't heard anything from Private beta people? are there really only 3 dungeons in this game? with 2 difficulties?

This game is also sub based so you'll no doubt be seeing more.

Seems like there is way more public dungeons then 16?

There are 16 INSTANCED group dungeons. There are...tons, just tons of public dungeons.

Currently there is 2 tiers of veteran difficulty dungeons, with 3 dungeons in each tier, which is probably why it looks like there isn't many.

The others will be unlocked later.

No one can ever say this game isn't huge... jeez.

As I understand 7 veteran dungeons for level 50 players they are harder and often enchanted versions of the lower level ones, think WOW heroic dungeons, they will probably add this to more of the 16 dungeons then they get feedback on the content being to easy or hard.

Pretty sure its 6, but they're completely different than their non-VR versions aside from the actual layout.

Bosses are all different, mobs all are different. They're basically the "aftermath" of the dungeon you cleared earlier in normal mode.
