More than one accident at a time?

This is certainly a slooooww-paced game. Many of the tasks take hours to finish: pregnancy, kids growing up, training dwellers' stats, using radio to attract dwellers, exploring outside the vault, etc. I actually look forward to raiders' attacks, radroach attacks, and fire, since they seem to be the only excitement in the game. Can those accidents occur simultaneously? Because I haven't seen that happen. Even that gets boring after a while. You put 2 or 3 dwellers with shotguns near the vault door and that pretty much stops all raiders' attacks. You put at least one person in a single room, one armed person in a double room, or 2-3 unarmed person in a double room, and that pretty much takes care of roach attacks and fire. And here's my major hint: since raiders' attacks always start at the ground floor (i.e. top floor), your dweller-defender cannot be working on power and water. Fighting the raiders will slow down whatever they are working on, so it is better to be the least important work, i.e. food. In other words, put your diners and restaurants nearest to the vault door, and put your power and water stations underground. But anyway, as I said, this game is too slow and doesn't have enough excitement so I may have to give up on it soon,

If you haven't seen molerats or deathclaws yet then you really haven't seen it all yet.

Far enough into expansion as well you'll have unstaffed rooms that you likely won't be able to assign a team to put out an incident before it spreads. Then it will happen in *every* room around it simultaneously.

Also the incidents in each room are difficulty keyed based on how upgraded the room is and how wide. The most difficult will happen in 3 wide fully upgraded rooms. Having low level dwellers in those rooms is basically suicide but at the same time required for stat training rooms.

I don't mean an incident spreading to the next room. I mean a fire brreaks out in a room, then at the same time, radroaches attack another room in another floor, etc. WilI I see this kind of simultaneous incidents occurring? Has anyone seen it? For the sake of realism, there should be.

So far no. Incidents do not happen simultaneously, but some do happen within a couple of seconds of each other.

I had 3 Deathclaws attacks that did this...luckily my vault was prepared for it. A few deaths, but nothing too serious.

You can have two different incidents at the same time. I was continuously rushing my fail room (1wide usualy unused science lab) to complete the "stop xx incidents.." quest and when it failed, molerats incident happened down in the vault (i do not build molerat-safe vaults) and in the fail room radroaches attacked. You must be "lucky" tough to random incident happen just in time between "failed" and actually failing rush incident happening (1-2 seconds).

I believe he means having more than one hazard as a constant possibility (i.e getting a raider attack and a fire at the same time as a "critical hazard" or something like that).

As of the current version, there can only be one procced/timed hazard at the same time (I don't know if radio rooms could "force" a second proc, but I thing they only increase the chance for a proc to become a raider or DC attack)

Tthe only way you can get two hazards at the same time is what you said, getting a hazard proc in the midst of a resource rush that fails.
