More than one character

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 9:52 pm

Would you like to have the option of more than one character inside the same game, of course you can save and start another, but i thought that maybe two at the same time could make a difference, for example you let the one in a town somewhere do his work automaticaly and then go handle the other or take them together in a mission

That would certainly make things interesting for me, as I pride myself on being to able to take every race up to at least Level 80.

I think he wants to be able to play two characters... at the same time?
so, like a companion, but you can switch back and forth?
I can dig it.

I think they mean two in the same game instance, like you burn down a house with one character then load the other and that house is burned down for them because they're in the same "world".

Don't really see the point of it, though...it wouldn't really be any different for the player than making two characters normally, and probably removing content from each other's games.

Uhhh... two... at the same time? I don't know how that'd work out, especially when you have two demi-gods in the same game.

Wait, do you mean co-op? If so, no thanks.

Or maybe he didn't meant character, but players. Having two players or something...

I'd like to have better savegame-management, where I can first chose the character and then a saved game.
And separate auto and quicksaves for every character.

If that means we have 2 NPCs influencing the world at the same time, then I would have to say nah cause that would open up WAY too many variables storyline wise.
But a companion with a set role and a fun personality would be a very welcome addition.

All options available at the same game, even cooperate, like develope a stelthy character and a figher and if you want them take them together or one at a time

but are they both controlled by the same person?
would one be AI, while the other is a leader?

Alternating between two characters doing the exact same playthrough at the same time, being able to swap/ share items, doesn't appeal to me. I'd sooner want co-op.

Meh. If I want a companion, I'll make one out of a huge Snow Wolf in the CS. Assuming Snow Wolves will be available, which I don't see why they wouldn't be. It's bleeping Skyrim for Azura's sake. The only thing that should be more abundant than them is mead.

I really believe that in that way the game will have many more options on gameplay, just imagine a character which is very good at speech and charming and he is very good on handling money and then you have another which he is a fighter and these two cooperate together, the first one is bying his weapons and the other is going for the big treasures!!!
I m sure that anyone can imagine every combination possible, like to be able to handle all the members of the dark brotherhood
