No More Weapons in Full Game : Crysis

so i wanted to know if there were more weapons available in full game and i haven't gotten any clear answer.

I would like to know whats your view on this?
No answer to my second tweet when i asked about weapons.

Scar, Grendel. Gauss, Kvolt, possibly a FY assault rifle instead of SMG, maybe the MIKE microwave?
