I've tried to look through all the forums to see if there's a fix for this, but haven't found anything.

I'm trying to battle Morokei to get the staff of magnus, but nothing's happening. Here's what I walk into:

The two mages that are supposed to be protecting him, but they're just standing there - not doing anything. I can walk right up to them and they just look at me. When I go to kill them, they start fighting back, but once I kill them, I can't start fighting Morokei. It looks like he's trying to cast spells, but nothing happens, and I try and fight him and nothing happens.

What's going on?!??!
