hmm, I really have no idea, since several unique Ash Gouls are traders and do repair.

e.g.: Dagoth Fovon, Dagoth Baler, Dagoth Girer, Dagoth Daynil, Dagoth Ienas....

Although that doesnt really make sence? Its not a rock on top of the stachue its a stachue that was built where a rock was. Unless you are speaking in turns of the CS as thats how they do it...
