It is the key in the neck of the pot on the top floor of Hlaalo Manor. It doesn't fit anywhere, but it does have a value and can be sold (unlike the majority of keys).

I will give it to you as I want to log off - just don't always take the UESP as being 100%

There may be 4 shown in Gnar Mok but one of them, Daren Adryn, is only enabled when you get the Ahnassi quest, which as a female member of Thieves you don't get.
