ok, heres a question concerning Mournhold.

From what NPC can you purchase a spell that fortifies a skill in Mournhold without having to be in any faction?(you dont need the NPC's name, just a description where/who they are.)

Laurina Maria is the only one. She is in the Imperial Cult Services of the Royal Palace. The other two who sell that spell ask that you be a faction member.
