I've recently downloaded Morrowind GOTY through the Gamestop App, and I was wondering if there was a way to run it that knocks the CPU usage down to a more comfortable level. It's currently running about 85%, give or take, but if I could run this game at 70% or less, I figure that would be optimum.

I have an AMD Sempron SI-42 with 2.1 GHz speed.
