This might be a dumb question, as I know nothing about mods. But if I wanted to "Oblivion-ify" the graphics on Morrowind, could I not just download that mod from my pc to my X360 and install it?

Yes it is. May I suggest you read our pinned forum rules so you are aware of such things in the future and avoid warnings? Because we really would rather not have to hand out warnings, lock threads and all that jazz. We just want everyone to have a bit o fun within those forum rules.
