Morrowind Character Discussion

So I am wanting to get back into Morrowind after a long time since a serious run through. But as is very common in these games, I'm having a character conundrum. I'm long winded, so I'll give you the situation:

When it comes to fantasy games and RPG's I always have to play some form of necromancer. EverQuest I had a Necro and currently play a Shadow Knight. WarCraft III I played Undead. For the short times I've played WoW it's been as a Warlock. My Oblivion and Skyrim characters are pretty much copies of the character in my signature. in Warhammer I play Vampire Counts and even my Magic: The Gathering deck is a green / black reanimator / graveyard deck. So yea, I love necros.

My main run through of Morrowind, years ago, was a stealth assassin with necromancy. I really enjoyed the character, but looking back I wish I made a few minor tweaks. One of which was to add Enchant as a skill for RP reasons, which it wasn't, as well as to make Conjuration a larger part of my character build.

My build, which wasn't entirely original but still fun, was Major: Light Armor, Short Blade, Marksman, Security, Sneak and Minor: Illusion, Conjuration, Mercantile, Speechcraft, Alchemy.

Well looking back at it, there's some tweaks I wish I'd have made. The new build would look something like this:

Major: Conjuration, Mysticism, Enchant, Light Armor, Short Blade Minor: Illusion, Marksman, Security, Sneak, and perhaps Speechcraft or Long Blade.

But if you look at my sig and see my character build, you'll see that I have a thing now for heavy armored tanks. I'm playing a Shadow Knight now in Skyrim and my Oblivion character was also one, practically the same character (Blade, Heavy Armor, Conjuration, Mysticism, Alteration, Destruction, Block). So I'm thinking about creating the same build In Morrowind, which would be Major: Conjuration, Mysticism, Enchant, Long Blade, Heavy Armor and Minor: Alteration, Restoration, Destruction, Block, Armorer.

So long story short is... do I play the same character I played in Morrowind once before, just with some tweaks? Or do I play a new character by my Morrowind standards, but the same character I've already played in Oblivion and Skyrim? (If it counts for anything I want to recreate an Oblivion character as well which would be a stealth necro assassin).

Also on another note, using Elder Scrolls lore for naming rules, can the name Mur'Al Sisan work for a Breton? Or is that more of an Altmer name?
