Morrowind Code Patch conflicting with Mods?

Post » Tue Aug 03, 2010 9:26 pm

Before I made a post about one of my own mods not working and simply crashing the game instantly with nothing in warnings to imply what ... I just downloaded 'Book Rotate' and the same thing appears to happen ... the only solution I could find was restoring the original Morrowind.exe.

Is this just me? Or is there any known solutions to MCP problems?

Thanks.

I have ~200 mods running (including Book Rotate) and it's running fine. I am using the MCP.

I've reinstalled my Morrowind and am trying with the Python variant of the patch now .... if that makes a difference ... also are you using the MPP patch? I was told its a good choice to use but I cannot find it.

There should be no difference, the Python and .exe version both apply the same binary patch to your Morrowind.exe.

You can find the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:UMP.
