1. Description:

This patch will replace models for shein/greef, sujamma/mazte and flin with new models that are more faithful to original.
Note that this patch requires COBL 1.58 or newer (current COBL version is 1.72) that already has old Morrowind drinks installed.

2. Installation:

Extract all files from MW_Booze v2_2, Cobl.7z to bethesda softworks\oblivion\data. If
you are asked to overwrite files under meshes, select 'yes to all'.
If not, you probably don't have COBL installed, so install it first. :P

3. Conflicts:

None, if you follow the instructions and use Bashed patch to merge the file.

4. Permissions:

You are free to use, share, modify and improve this mod and it's content under condition that proper credits are given.

Changes from 2.10
- Repaired colision for Greef/Shein, Sujamma/Mazte (faced all normals outside so that it doesn't fall through floor anymore)
- Modified the collision for Bug Musk to fit the model better

- Pyffi optimised meshes
- Removing unnecessary stencil property

Unless there are issues to be fixed, there are no plans for upgrading.
Plan is to include this into next COBL version (1.73). After that, this patch wil be redundant.

Modeler wanted and needed!

The meshes used in this version are far from perfect. Since I don't have required modeling skills, I'm looking for someone to create them for me. Even one jug for all four drinks would be great. http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll54/pero_lozhach/Picture16.jpg you can see converted greef/shein mesh from Morrowind applied to all 4 drinks. But that's No-No! Not allowed for releasing.
So if anyone is wiling and capable to recreate this, I'm sure that many people would be grateful.


I have created new meshes for Greef/Shein, Mazte/Sujamma and Flin myself. Mesh for bug musk is fine IMO and I don't plan to change it.

Read first paragraph. Meshes aren't perfect, may have issues, and may not look good. Their collision may not be as it should be. You may consider this as a disclaimer.

I would just like to repeat my call for modelers who could create better meshes and raise this mod to higher standard.

Unfortunately, Razorwing and Silgrad Tower team refused to share their beautiful bottle meshes. :(
It's a shame that such nice models exist all this time, but aren't widely used.

Such a shame... Thinking about it this stuff would be a very good addition to Cobl btw. If you manage to get the meshes sorted out I'd guess one of us could make the suggestion to Wrye.

I already asked and Washington agreed. Barring unforeseen complications, they'll go into next Cobl release.

Oh the void will never claim this mod dear. :lmao: It's too bloody cool! I can't tell you how much I love stumbling across a bottle of Mazte, or Sujamma or Telvanni Bug Musk. I snatch every one of them up and put them in my homes. My thief needs a good stiff belt after a long night you know! LOL

Yes, my character has become quite alcoholic! Nothing better than sujamma before the battle! :) I haven't found single bug musk yet, except in shops but I haven't bought it. And I use plug in for Cobl that makes them appear more often! :)

I just made a first foray into Cobl a couple weeks ago when I decided to add the Ayleid Steps to my game. Though right now, all I'm using are the esm, esp and core files. None of the bells and whistles. :D All the extras scare my poor widdle brain.

The Cobl plug-in is a simple mod that uses the drinks and the bug musk from Cobl and adds them to adequate existing levelled lists so that they appear more often in the world. Since it doesn't add anything new, it should be merged in Bashed patch.
It depends on preferences, some prefer Mw drinks to be extra rare, and then they shouldn't use it.
