Tamriel Rebuilt Map 2 includes an updated version of map 1, so you don't need to download map 1 separately.

I suggest some balance, too.
Looking for http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7904 is a good idea imho

I suggest using the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1183502-repairing-the-cogs-of-morrowind-26/. It includes some nice fixes, and you are going to need it anyway if you are playing Tamriel Rebuilt, like Darkstorne suggested.

Isn't MCP included in the Overhaul?

Yes but this version in the topic is the latest beta with new features ^^
