Morrowind Graphics Extender V 3.0.3 : III

So I wanted to play Morrowind again with the Morrowind Graphics Extender.
Since I only have the vanilla Morrowind I need Version 3.0.3, but I can't find it anywhere.
I would be very grateful if someone would upload it somewhere and post a link here.

I found it on one of Polish TES sites http://www.elderscrolls.com.pl/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=231&func=fileinfo&id=182 just click on "Pobierz"

Thanks alot.
But might it be, that it has issues on Vista?
Because for me it always says it could not open "MGE\DX8.data".

Are you certain that you can't use MGE 3.8.0b? If your Morrowind has the latest patch (even if you don't have the expansions), you should still be able to use it, or so I thought. MGE 3.0.3 is rather antiquated now.
