Hey Everyone,
I jsut reinstalled morrowind after a long hiatus. I saw the morrowind overhaul and got super excited and installed it, but its a little to much for my pc to handle.
My pc's graphic specs are :
intel core i5 at 2.4 ghz
intel hd graphics 3000 (this is the problem)
8gb ram

so the overhaul worked pretty well, especially with all the customization options BUT the high res water just destroys my framerate. I can get it running to 60 fps and above inside, but anytime i look at water it plummets. I've done some searching, and found that there is no way to use the overhaul without the fancy water.
So my question is, what is a good set of mods that i can install that will run on my graphics card? i hate to uninstall the overhaul but i just don't think i can get it to work. I want better textures, some gameplay improvements, etc. I already know that i'm going to install some of the recommended "beginner" mods like the patch and better bodies, but i want to know which texture mods etc will work on my computer without slaying the framerate.

Thanks for your help! and suggestions would be great (especially if you DO know a way to turn off the water in the overhaul)
