My Morrowind game is crashing without any apparent reason. I use mods, but Wrye Mash is telling me that there aren't any conflicts, and I just cleaned all my saves and mods, and this keeps happening.

My save isn't corrupted. This happens on "initializing data" after loading a save

Any ideas??

If you can't load your Save, then the problem is with your Save file and/or mods.
Any other problems not related to your specific Save file would occur before you even get to the main menu.
