Morrowind MGE 3.8.0 Issues

Every time I try to get this to work, my CPU usage skyrockets to %100 and the game either crashes or it is so slow it take 20 minutes to get to the menu.
Can I have some help? I really want to play morrowind again.
I am running v1.6.1820

I suggest that use MGE 3.8.2 and http://www.fliggerty.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=65209#p65209 is instructions of how to install MGE. Once you have install it then check "CPU idle" box in the Misc tab. Good luck! :smile:
