Morrowind Modding Wiki is a wiki dedicated to the centralization and expansion of all Morrowind modding knowledge, but Its most important goal is to be the place for players who would like to try out using mods in their game, as there will be guides to help them get started (see: http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/mmw/Beginners_Guide page). Don't expect much at the moment. The wiki is mostly just stubs; ready for expansion.

http://www.mwmythicmods.com/ is a great resource. Ronin49's Starting Out With Mods has some excellent advice (needs to be updated on game install location) but a lot of the information on that page, and the others, could be updated and re-used.

[Edit: Crap. Excellent work so far by all involved. I'm beginning to wonder where I'm going to spending my Morrowind time (here, this wiki, mlox, Nexus, UMP...)]

This is a really cool project! I only wish we had started this sooner.

I think a good idea would be to have a page with a comprehensive list of links to tutorials, such as Bahamut's skinning tutorial, Antares' creatures tutorial, Morrowind Scripting for Dummies, and other things.

If I have some time I'll try to write a bit for some of the pages. Maybe try to add a couple too. I know TESAnwynn doesn't have a page that I can see, neither does Littoral or Yacoby's mesh generator. Admittedly, I don't know much about how to use the latter two, but I could write some basic information.
