So then what mods in Oblivion then would the good folks of this board like to see in Skyrim?

Gameplay mechanics? Name some.

simplified combat, for example. tons of mods that change that in Oblivion.
leveling, also not in Morrowind
stealth gameplay, rather annoying in Morrowind IMO. but that's opinion. feel free to disagree
