There is the excellent Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, which does away with levelled content and makes the game more consistent. I'd like to know if there is a similar mod for Morrowind. I'm not talking about the Sound & Graphics Overhaul, just to make it clear. If no such mod exists for Morrowind, maybe our excellent modding community can get working on it.

The closest thing to Oscuro's mod that I'm aware of is Adam's http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=90. You could also take a lot at http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=4248 by xereau. There's not a lot out there on the scale of Oscuro because, I'd say, few folks have felt that Morrowind needed an overhaul on the scale of Oscuro.
