That does look nice. I wonder if it can be used with MGSO? Wouldn't it just overwrite which ever texture MGSO uses for waterfalls?

Yes, it can be used. MGSO uses AOF's waterfalls (but with the next patch will include these ones).
You can just install it on top of MGSO and they will overwrite them without problems.

The "Optional Retexture for water splash" causes some flickering glitch with the "Waterfalls Retexture" though.

Does this apply to any graphic or sound mod? Once MGSO has been isntalled, if i find a sound mod or random texture/mesh mod i like, can i just install it and it will overwrite the files it needs to and sit nicely in MGSO?

Also, is tamriel rebuilt compatible with this?

The version you linked to works fine, so thanks for the link! Now I have MCA added as well - excellent. And everything looks astonishingly beautiful. Sure, I have a new rig so it's the first time I can run MGE with distant land and all the whistles, but I'm also amazed by the exquisite collection of texture replacers etc. in MGSO. Just awesome - many thanks to all the modders involved.

If considering only textures and sounds then yes, but if the mod has also esp file and adds something/alters something in the game world, it might conflict.

And TR is compatible MGSO

Hey. Had to create an account just so I could post this, as it screws up the Bloodmoon quest.

After installing this overhaul and starting a new game, everything works fine and I very much enjoy all the hard work you guys have put into this mod. It's great, really. However, when I traveled to Solstheim, I noticed that every chest had a 50pt lock on it and was empty. Then, when I clicked on them using the console (as I had gotten tired of lockpicking just to get nothing) I noticed that the chests had the same id. I think maybe someone had set all the chests to the same spawn or something (I am not as good as I wish when it comes to the CS). Searching online I have found others with this problem, but never read if they found a solution. This could break the quest as in one of the final dungeons you have to retrieve a shining key from a chest to continue (sorry, I can't remember all the details), but it isn't there.

On a lesser note, the nordic mail pauldrons appear to be reversed. As in the pauldron on the left side actually goes right and clips through your characters head. Maybe a texture issue, should be a simple fix I'm sure.

Other than that, the mod is very well done, and I want to thank you for breathing new life into my all time favorite game.

If this issue has been solved already or discussed in a different thread, I apologize. I tried looking around and reading all of the MGSO posts, but it is getting late.
