[RELz] Morrowind Overhaul - Sounds & Graphics

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 2:05 am

Hmm.. I have a problem with the foliage namely the bushes in the ascadian isles which are flickering in my setup. Nothing too drastic that deters gameplay, but is there a way to solve it or am I the only one experiencing it?

For some reason when I try to load the game I am getting an error of 'Failed to load snowflake: Meshes\BM_Snow_01.nif

Any clue what I may be able to do to fix this?

Solution in the http://morrowindoverhaul.net/blog/?page_id=51...

I'm probably being an idiot - but I can't seem to find a download link anywhere - where is it on your website?

Cheers

Awesome work by the way

It's a bug of the SSAO shader, you can disable it on exteriors or live with that issue.
Anyway when we include MGE XE in Morrowind Overhaul the issue will be reduced.

Thanks King, sorry for posting without reading the FAQ, I'm pretty sure I got sleep delirium last night so...I was like a zombie pressing buttons.

I appreciate the link to the FAQ though =)

I can't remember if you guys use the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1120637-wiprel-on-the-rocks/ retexture, but v1.1a of the grazelands mod was released.

Also just sawhttp://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=435244&id=9064 on PES which looks good.

I'm having that classic problem when I get the window's error message - display driver failed and restarted. I don't think it's anything to do with this mod - I had the same problem last time I installed Morrowind, however I don't get it with any other game, so they must be related - anyone else experienced this?

Cheers

I've got a 4870

Hmmm I had no problems with my older 4870... do you have the last drivers? Is your graphics card overheating?

Yeah I've got the latest drivers and the card's not overheating, to be fair I've looked around the internet and it seems alot of people have the same problem with this crash in a number of applications, frustratingly I can't seem to find any kind of solution.

What exactly does the DA_Complete esp do? The esp doesn't have a description in the game laucnher and searching through all those readme's and the CS takes forever. In the CS it altered the Templar pauldrons it seemed...fixing them I assume by adding the pieces that were missing to them. Is that all this esp does? I believe the MPP already has that fix in it if that's all this esp does.

Also what does the SNR_ThievesStep_Standart.esp do? This esp also has no description if you click it in the game launcher.

Oh, so its a combined plugin for all of Baofu92's armor? For the next update to MGSO it would be nice for that to be written inside of the mods description box for the game launcher. Was also wondering if this version includes physique fixes for all of the armors cuirasses so they don't clip at the waist when characters are moving - someone mentioned this in a comment over at the author's PES page for the armors.

Still wondering what that other esp I mentioned is supposed to do though.

SNR_ThievesStep_Standart.esp => http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8649

The plug-in creates silent steps in Sneak-mode. Recommended as addition to mod ‘Sneaking Realism’.

No it doesn't.
It's a future fix for the 1.2 patch.
