At this link: https://picasaweb.google.com/Vibrant3.0/LittleModsThatDoBigThings#5111053773525125954 the uploader of this pictures introduced me to the "SkinPack v1.0" by Ayse,
which replaces crosshair, menu skins, and pointer with new skins. Two choices: blue, or darkwood (and default included as backup).

Warning: some textures are in Japanese (just delete them to have your oginal language back; in my humble opinion they do not fit even in the original release)

Personally, I am using the darkwood skin, although keeping Morrowind Overhaul's Moon-and-star crosshair.
I find it much more eye-candy and well-fitting than the Dark UI currently present in the compilation (in my humble opinion, of course)

So, I think this should be included in MO - S&G

Is there a way to disable the blurring effect after installation?

It is http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=146960&id=5192

Maybe you xan include this fix for the dwemer books:
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7510 This mod adds the missing mesh and texture (included on the Construction Set CD but not used in game) to the Dwemer books. (it's conflicted with Bookrotate so maybe make a patch?)

I'd forgotten about this: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/848027-wipz-list-morrowind-re-modelled/. It's a few years out of date and I just started it when everyone and their dog started re-modelling things so it got to be a pain to maintain (I've a version from a couple of years back on my HDD somewhere...) but there maybe something there you haven't seen before.

Sorry for lack of hyperlinkage.

If I find that update I'll see if I can update the original post.

Will the next update also include MGE XE? Or wouldn't that be possible?

This has been asked many times before, and I believe they said that until its in a final state they won't include it. Perhaps, Kingpix, you should add a faq question about this since it gets asked so many times? Actually, people probably wouldn't read it anyway knowing how the Internet works :D

Awesome work! sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much ty, ty, ty!! My MW GOTY shines brand-a-new!

Despite I'm feeling like a cockroach I do ask, how can I imply some 1st perspective walking cam movements?
Just like it came with DR6 in Oblivion, nad I thought I saw it in Morrowind before too.
Its just like in the Ego perspective your char seems to hoover all around. the missing cam shaking is pretty disturbing.

This mod ( = app.100 years of earnest work for one humble being) is awesome.

Bethesda should cancel Skyrim, and continue here. Seems less risky.
Honestly, currently it seems like skyrim could be best placed as shackle hut with an additional storage cabin somewhere in Seyda Neen.

This overhaul is awesome, but I have a little problem.
After I installed the overhaul and Westley's Master Head Pack everything worked fine. (Edit2: Forgot to mention that I installed MGE XE 0.8.23 first... [after the overhaul]) Then I installed the mod which makes you faster, Immersive Chargen and Gratuitious Violence. With Immersive Chargen enabled the game crashes when I start a new game. So I disabled it for testing the other installed mods. Now again everything worked fine. But after I launched the AnimKit to install a different walking/run animation, the lanterns started to make an annoying sound and in interiors it sounds like I am in a tomb. In Balmora now it sounds like near a highway (o.0). I know that these sounds come from Expanded Sounds, so I disabled the 3 *.esp's related to it. But then the game crashes, when I load my save game. To prevent that I enabled the *.esp's again, but the game is still crashing after loading. (Edit: Ok, I found out that the reason for the actual crashes is my savegame, so starting a new game will fix it, but the annoying sounds are still there, I want to get rid of them ^^)
I hope someone could help me :)

Maybe I have too much time (^^), but I reinstalled Morrowind + Overhaul to get rid of all my issues, this was my thought. But the creaking/rasping sound from the lanterns (I think so) is still there, how do I get it away?

As much as I admire Connary, there are plenty of talented modders who can do some amazing things too, and this project is the perfect example, keep up the great work Kingpin

Is Azura statue retexed? The one in the shrine on the coast? It looks terrible(the bottom part at least) I literally can stand about 10 ingame feet from and it looks blurry and just bad, like a texture from an old game(i.e an original MW texture). I have encounter nothing else close to this, I can stand right next to any texture in game and it won't be even close to as pixalated and blurry as the bottom half of Azura's statue from 10 feet away let alone right next to it.

This looks amazing. Seeing as this is a sounds and graphics overhaul am I right in thinking that any updates to this compilation will be game save compatible?

This seems pretty comprehensive although in my first game (before my HDD died and ruined it early on) I had Tamriel rebuilt, better beasts and atmospheric sounds. Will they conflict if I add them now on the side.

Nothing will confilct with this is you just add them afterwords. But Bbeast and sounds might already be in the mod.

I am missing the water textures around Vivec Palace, the ones from the pools on each of the levels. Don't know how this happened. Is there a fix for this or can you just give me the textures.

When I first installed MW overhauled I made a back of my data folder(before installing other mods, etc), so they could be in there if someone could just tell me were to look.

Hi! Starting of by saying how much I love this modpack! For years I've been trying to customize Morrowind myself to achieve similar results, but I kept failing. With the help of this pack I can finally get the game I've dreamt about!

But I'm having a minor problem with ambient sounds...

When I'm walking around the Ascadian Isles I keep hearing the sounds you hear inside tombs, ruins and such (have identified "cave_wind" and "chant" from listening to the files in sounds/fx/envrn). Quite annoying.

Could this be a bug related to any of the Sound mods added (like Expanded Sounds), and how can it be fixed?
