'm having a problem with this quest. Somehow or other, I must have activated this quest, but have no recollection of having done so. Nevertheless, it has, and now I'm stuck having to kill every ordinator that sees me. Is there a console command I can use to reset this quest to before it was activated?

I have seen a partial fix for this problem at http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Saprius_Entius_(quest) , but it only fixes it so that they don't automatically attack until you speak to an ordinator again, then after that you are again stuck having to killl every one that sees you, and you can never ask them for any information.
