First off, welcome to the forums! Someone is going to give you a piece of fried fish sometime soon.

So, let me ask you how you figured out these files even existed? The Morrowind assets are in a bsa file, so did you unpack it? Or, are these loose files in your sound folder? If they are loose files in your sound folder, then they weren't added by Bethesda; they were added by a mod. If they are bundled inside the Morrowind.bsa file, then they were added by Bethesda and perhaps just not used in the game. Maybe something they intended to use but then didn't.

In either case, having a few extra sound files is not going to harm your game. They are inert unless called upon by an esp/esm file. So you don't really need a patch for this.

Incorrect, while majority of files are inside bsas, some things like fonts, voices, and videos come in those folders upon installation.

I don't remember if vampires should or shouldn't use these voices, but there are several unused files that come packed with the game.

You are right about Morrowind having more loose files than I thought. I have been spending too much time in Skyrim where just about everything including a lot of mods gets shoved into bsa files.

But everything else I said was correct. So you probably shouldn't have quoted the whole thing and broadly labeled it all as "incorrect" since that could mislead some people about the accuracy of other things I pointed out, like loose files that aren't called by an esp/esm files being inert, so no patch needed, etc. The only statement that was incorrect was a single sentence ("If they are loose files in your sound folder, then they weren't added by Bethesda; they were added by a mod.") buried in the middle of three paragraphs of otherwise correct information.
