I tried to find solution,like disable unimportant programs and virus program.Also they said its problem of windvd but i don't have windvd.I have just daemon tools like a dvd program.My system is windows xp,computer specs enough to play.Sorry for my english if its hard to understand.Anyway whats the problem?

edit:i don't install any mod yet.my game is goty,its with tribunal and bloodmoon also with add-ons and its patched to last version

It looks like the OP are using Daemon Tools for running Morrowind as ISO.

To answer your question, I need to ask you a qestion. Where did you installed Morrowind? If it's in the UAC-protected C:\Program Files(x86) folder then reinstall it outside of C:\Program Files(x86) e.g C:\Games.

edit:C:/Program Files/Bethesda/Morrowind its my game installed file.So you say im gonna install outside?Whats the point of this?I install my games on program files and it not make problem,especially like "load a save game then random crash"
