Is there any mods so that you can sell stuff that cost 60k? Like a NPC mod I can sell to?

No, but you can easily open up the CS and change the amount of money an NPC has to whatever figure you like.

Or you can sell your stuff to scamp in Ghorak Manor in Caldera, or a crab on an island just east of vivec. They have lots of money, so just sell as much as you can, then wait 24 hours and sell some more.
