Would it be possible to make a near Morrowind-style UI? Reneer has come close to this, but there could be improvements as well. This would fit in very well with silent-dialogue characters.

For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyIfmTLfkcs dialogue mod by Reneer is pretty outstanding, although there are some things that could be improved. It'd be nice for the topics to be much less spaced out, and for the dialogue response box to automatically be at the bottom, as to keep up with the current dialogue instead of having to scroll down to it. The UI could also be more transparent.
