Morrowind Zelda Mod Help

I downloaded Elmos_servant's Link Mod

When I go to choose the race for Link, it lets me select it but then I get this message,
TES3StreamWarning:Model "Meshes/Snakeslab/LinksGLV-Hand.NIF" tex not found "_ Iholocaust.dds"!
I click on continue running executable and then i get this message
Texture Load error!.:_1Holocaust.dds.
Then I click continue running executable and everything works fine until I try to equip the clothes and weapons included in the mod. As soon as I try to equip any of the new items, the game crashes and sends me back to the desktop. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong. I looked in the meshes folder and LinksGLV-Hand.NIF is there so I dont know why it keeps giving me the error message. If anyone has used this mod or can download it and see if its working can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Texture Load error!.:_1Holocaust.dds.

Appears it's the texture "_ Iholocaust.dds" missing. Apparently the resources for this mod were from Snakebitten's stuff and a quick check shows that the texture in question can be snarfed from either "Snakebitten's Lair" or "Snakebitten Island" mods.

The missing _1holocaust.dds texture is just one of a bunch of problems with the mod , missing icons , other missing textures and needs cleaning of debris present, further examination will surely reveal more issues , I'll have a look at making a fix later on if someone hasn't done so by then. Unfortunately it isn't the sort of thing that can be fixed in 5 minutes and i have other things to do first.

Did you install all the textures and meshes?

I have got this mod working, it appears the cause of the crashes was a total of 6 missing textures which i was able to find in snakebittens island mod, just need to finish cleaning the mod and fixing a couple of other issues and should upload a fixed version shortly.

The original mod causes an error message pertaining to a missing texture '_1Holocaust.dds'
after having selected to play the 'Link' race , subsequent attempts to equip Links' equipment
cause the game to crash .

Here is a list of changes i have undertaken to improve performance and get the mod working
as it should.

* A total of 6 textures were found to be missing which were present in snakebittens Island mod
and thus added to this fix and were the cause of the game crashing.The missing textures were
identified from a string of error messages pertaining to missing textures when the original
link mod was loaded in the construction set.

The textures added are

_00chrome.dds
_00chromeyella.dds
_00enviro map1.dds
_1Holocaust.dds
Metroid 4c.dds
mirrorshield2.dds

* 2 missing icons added, 1 for the shield was found in snakebittens island mod whilst links pants
had no icon assigned to them, so i assigned Bethesdas c\tx_pants_exquisite_1.tga instead.

* Surplus icon for links gloves was removed as his gloves are not removable in this mod

* Toddtest cell removed from mod

* 72 GMST's Removed

* Needless Ambi setting from customs and excise office cell deleted.

* Dialogue entry pertaining to services and dialogue response deleted as these appear to have
been linked to a test npc in the Toddtest cell.

* The following textures were all converted to the sleeker .dds format, collectively slicing off
over 1 mb in file sizes.

TX_Zelda_adobe_redbrown_01.tga
_MSword.tga
_00linkboot.tga

* Texture _00enviro map1.dds added from snakebittens island, dimensions are 512 x 512 but file size
showed as being as large as a 1024 x 1024 , i redid the conversion which reduced the size by approx
1 mb.

* Screenshot converted from .bmp to jpeg format reducing filesize fron 2.25mb to 474kb
