When i first entered the strip and saw the towering casinos, i expected them to be fun to explore, i have never been so wrong, most of the elevators in the Topps are out of order and only 3 areas are accessible. The other casinos are similar.

Are there any mods that improve the casinos adding extra levels? (Hotel rooms, Vaults containing the casino's wealth, Penthouses etc)

If not that are there any mods that add casinos fitting this description?
