Most annoying hostile creature?

Monarch Butterfly......you go running after one and fall off a short ledge and land in a camp with 2 giants and you are only lvl 11 and the next thing you know you are flying into space.

DOCTOR GIRLFRIEND! READY THE ARMY!

FOR THE MONARCH!

Dragons. Second place goes to slaughterfish. Neither pose a challenge, it's just annoying to fight because their evade attacks to effectively, and having them around prevents fast-travel.

I actually like wolves. Easy kills, and all their skins equals leather, which means free exp towards my smithing skills without violating my personal "don't buy leather/ingots just to level up smithing" rule.

BEARS AND SABRECATS. Firstly, those furred arses can run faster than me even when im sprinting (yea i know its logical). Secondly, they pack a @£$"$£ of a punch early game levels, and thirdly the bear is just so darn noisy. Not to mention their attack speed is ridiculously fast like they've got passive elemental fury on their claws.

A glitching dragon which gets stuck in the air, flies backwards, gets stuck again and won't land.

I agree with this, so far the only time I am shouting at my screen like a crazy woman ;-) is glitched dragons.

Wolves. They're everywhere, always attack you in packs and are annoyingly fast, and have given me Rockjoint more times than I can count. I've taken to buying a horse purely to avoid them.

Most annoying for me would have to be ice wraiths. They always leave me blundering about and swinging my sword like a drunken fool.

Agreed. I look like a blind man swatting at flies when those buggers attack.

All that mist and frost and whispy tail I can't tell what I'm swinging at, I just swing :P

Dragon priests and Wispmothers both with their fully perked backpedalling skill and crazy high-damage destruction magic.

Mine is the ice wraith. I play as an archer, so its super tough for me to hit them, cause they move all the time. Plus, theyre barely visible.

I agree. This is a very annoying creature!

Also wolves are annoying too but for other reasons

I enjoy a challenge in the game so I appreciate the Ice Wraiths

Skeevers. They're easy to kill but they always get the first hit on you and usually give you a disease.

Mudcrabs. Mudcrabs, mudcrabs, mudcrabs. Don't know how many times I could not rest (wait) because of some hidden mudcrab inching up on me from a mile away.

You did say annoying, right?

I don't find wolves annoying simply because they're ridiculously easy to kill (even at low level) and give up leather.

I DREAD Wisp Mothers and Ice Wraiths, but they're not annoying - they're a challenge that makes me feel good when I FINALLY beat them to death. Only annoying part about them is sometimes I can't find their corpses.

Slaughterfish.
Why? Try killing one and you'll find out, oh wait... that's right, you cant!

I kill them all the time...great for spamming out some petty soul gems to jack up my enchanting skill. Just lure them to shore and hack them from kiddie pool depth.

Slaughterfish were way more annoying in Morrowind. But you never really think about them, because in Morrowind, [annoying + critter = cliff racer]

As a side note, I was dead scared of Trolls in Oblivion. They were SO DAMN FAST. They're not as scary anymore, though.

I agree with your Troll statement...They could actually cause you some serious problems in Oblivion. In Skyrim they look better...sort of...but they are pretty wimpy compared to the old ones. You may have a few problems on very low levels...just like bears....but once you level a little they are nothing but a wimpy bear basically.
