Do the Daedric quests. Into some of those you stumble by dialog in cities, into others you don't.

the only one i have found so far is Molag Bals. which i thought was pretty fun. i also had the opportunity to collect some things for some guy that wants me to contact the daedric lord of pestilence, but i dont really enjoy fetch quests. im sure it branches out more once he gets what he needs though.

Without listing spoilers.

There's one north of Winterhold with a great reward and leads you to in my opinion the best dungeon in the game.
There's two in Solitude, one of them's an Easter egg and will lead you to an encounter with a strange awesome man, the other well let's just say it's the best piece in chess and it's an animal.
The last one i will mention, you will get by courier at a certain level. Leads you to great rewards and an awesome weapon.

Without spoiling anything.. Go to the northern shore and look for a lighthouse... Enjoy.. Certainly one of the better ones for me..

I did that two nights ago at level 13, very epic quest.

Yes, thats a great one.
Also, most the Daedric quests.
And the Dark Brotherhood.
I also loved the White Phial quest.

Can't remember (not at my own pc right now) but trust me.. If you walk into the right lighthouse, you'll know..

Let us know once you're done if you liked it?

That one's cool too, but he means Frostpoint Lighthouse west of Winterhold.

Meridia's quest seems to send you to a randomly chosen location to retrieve her beacon. First time I did it it was some lame tower with a couple of bandits, but the second time it was the dungeon for the Evil Awaits quest (or something like that). Has a pretty good dungeon and a creepy premise.

To be honest, I'm not finding many of these quests to be very memorable. The lighthouse was good, and walking into Blackreach was awe-inspiring just because I was expecting...well... blackness. The best for me, though, was probably Molag Bal's quest. It was my first Daedric encounter in this game, and my first quest that wasn't entirely predictable. Too bad I don't like maces.

Actually, I take that back. Best so far is The Mind of Madness. It made me smile. We need more like this.

i found most of the college line to be extremely enjoyable and engaging. there were quests that were quite innovative, or at least unorthodox. i'd also recommend getting yourself into markath's hall of the dead, and roll with what you might find in there :D. anyone feeling hungry?

Sanguine's quest is pretty cool, especially without fast travel, though I'm pretty sure its initiated randomly (plus the reward is one of the best items in the game.) Really don't want to spoil anything so I'll leave it at that.
