You basically roleplay the character you like across both oblivion and fallout in a time travel extravaganza.

make up the story you wish, but essentially you are going back in time to cyrodil to alter events which stop the nuclear war hapenning.

to travel to and fro the worlds.... choose your time machine anywhere in washinton and travel there to goto cyrodil, the time machine in cyrodil will be the basemant of the white gold tower (by the big hourglass) so whenever you are wandering cyrodil, you are actually from a future apocalyptic world ... PURE ROLEPLAYING EPICNESS.
