Can't think of which one i hate the most but some that really get my attention would be Deathclaws, Ghouls (even more at level 18+ since reavers are starting to show up), Super Mutants (now overlords are starting to appear), and probaly the worst would be tribals and swampfolk since they do an extra 35 points of damage dispite the armor your wearing and since you can't take followers with you it's pretty much the only time since the near end of the main quest line that an enemy managed to sneak up on me.

What if you just hate the sound of a can being kicked?

Shopping trolleys have a pretty annoying sound. The slightest touch with your pinky toe and they go flying too. They're quite fustrating objects tbh.
Another sound is a feral ghoul attacking from behind when you don't know they're there. Playing in the dark doesn't help, they've made me jump a few times.

The sound I hate though is the sound of Moira Brown's voice. Awful. If I could cut her vocal chords and still trade with her then I would. :evil:

I agree, either the ghoul sound (If your going down a long hallway, and KNOW you did not pass one) Or the baby crying. Both can be pretty freaky.

i killed her on my on one of my playthroughs because she is so annoying when you just get started on that quest
but deathclaws i hate them but i love shooting a combat shotgun in their face,

I hate the sound of Yao Guais, too. They're not hard to kill, but they always seem to sneak up on me...

I got over the ghoul fear with a simple system.

1) Equip Hellfire armor
2) Equip Hellfire helm
3) Equip flamer
4) BBQ

Killed the 2 reavers that jump you in Point Lookout with it

Feral Ghouls in general, I hate when your going through a dark metro tunnel and all of a sudden you hear that groan its sort of raspy and hoarse and you just know that there are a lot of feral ghouls coming your way. :tops:
